Refund Policy

1. Overview

All payments made to Uptrender are final and non-refundable in all circumstances.

By purchasing any Uptrender service, subscription, plan, consultation, setup, automation, white-label package, or related offering, you explicitly agree that no refund will be issued under any condition.

2. Scope

This no-refund rule applies to all products and services, including but not limited to:

  • Monthly, quarterly, and annual plans
  • One-time purchases
  • Implementation, onboarding, consulting, and support fees
  • Custom integrations, custom development, and setup fees
  • Third-party pass-through charges and platform usage fees

3. No Exceptions

Refunds will not be provided for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Lack of usage or dissatisfaction
  • Business performance outcomes
  • Delays caused by customer-side dependencies
  • Account suspension due to policy violations

4. Cancellations

Cancellation of services will stop future renewals where applicable, but does not create any right to full or partial refund for amounts already paid.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate account restriction or termination and further recovery action as permitted by law.
